📋 Required Postcard Information
Each postcard must be written clearly in English and must contain the following details, matching your pre-verified website account profile exactly:
- The explicit name or specific details of the active competition you wish to enter.
- Your full legal name.
- Your registered UK residential address.
- Your contact telephone number and your verified account email address.
- Your answer to the specified Competition Question (if applicable).
⚖️ Processing Rules & Protection Framework
Single Entries Only: You may submit free entries as many times as you wish up to any maximum entry limit placed on that specific draw by the Promoter. However, each individual entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries sent in a single envelope or package will be counted as one single entry.
Incomplete Entries: Incomplete, illegible, or hand-delivered entries will be automatically disqualified.
Receipt Confirmation: The Promoter will not send an acknowledgment of physical receipt nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct. Valid entries received prior to the countdown expiring will have their ticket numbers allocated directly to their online account dashboard before the draw.
Closing Timer & Late Entries: Your entry must be physically received by the Promoter prior to the live website countdown timer expiring to be entered into the random prize draw.
Early Sell-Out & Safety Net Credits: If a valid postal entry is received after the Closing Date timer has expired, or if a competition sells out completely before your physical mail can be processed, the Promoter will credit your site digital wallet with a flat value of £1.00 or the exact single ticket entry value of that closed competition, whichever is higher. This fallback credit framework is strictly capped at one single credit allocation per account holder, per competition, and applies only to postcards physically received within 7 calendar days of the draw concluding or the official Closing Date, whichever occurs sooner. All site wallet balances issued via late-entry credits hold zero cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.
