Yes. All players must register a free account in order to participate in our competitions. The reason for this is simple, we will need to contact you to administer any prizes you may have won.
Our prize competitions are all guaranteed regardless of tickets sold, unless otherwise stated in the rules of a specific competition.
All prize competition winners will be notified by email within 72 hours of the competition end date. Please make sure you check your spam folder. Some of the competitions will also be aired live on a social media platform. Please note, if the prize you have won requires custom or bespoke configuration, then the delivery/build schedule will be organised at a time that suits all involved.
Our store credit wallet system allows members to top up their balance and experience a secure and super fast one-click checkout. The ‘My Wallet’ feature allows members to deposit as little as £5.00 and a maximum of £100.00 to their wallet account. The balance can also be used as partial payment towards ticket purchases. Our wallet system does not allow for any ‘won credit withdrawals’. However, any ‘real money’ deposits are fully refundable upon request.
All prizes that are won in our competitions come with the same warranty as if you purchased it from any normal golfing outlet. Please note, the warranty/guarantee is for the main prize winner only.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to enter our competitions and be a resident in the UK. All new players will need to verify their age before they can purchase tickets. This is a one time verification.
If you would like to delete your account then you must email us requesting this action. We will then manually remove your account from our system. Remember, if you have any wallet credit then we advise you to use up your balance before making your request to delete your account. Failure to do so will result in your balance being forfeited.
